Yes, it is possible to complete a Property Development Project without contributing any of your own money. This is achieved by agreeing with the site owner to defer all or in part the purchase cost of the site until the project completes and is sold. The owner’s interest in the property is secured by way of a second charge. Our funder will then provide 100% of the build costs and in some cases, dependant on the valuation, a contribution to the purchase price secured as a first charge on the site.
